Chief Executive Officer
Anthony Fairweather
Anthony is originally from Long Island, New York. Anthony’s path led him to serve in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electronics Technician for 8.5 years. Following his military service, he spent over a decade working as a Senior Reactor Operator at commercial nuclear power plants. In 2019, the opportunity arose, leading Anthony and Graham Kirk, to co-found AG Telecom which specialized in fiber splicing. Anthony served as the Chief Financial Officer for AG Telecom. In 2023, Anthony and Graham purchased Southeastern Cable Contractors Inc from its founder and have grown it to what it is today. Anthony currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Southeastern Cable Contractors.

Chief Operating Officer
Graham Kirk
Graham is originally from Northern Vermont. Graham began his career in telecommunications with Comcast Cable as an installer before relocating to North Carolina to join Time Warner Cable now Spectrum. Graham worked his way up from an installer to a fiber optic technician as an in house employee. In 2019, the opportunity arose, leading Anthony Fairweather and Graham to co-found AG Telecom which specialized in fiber splicing. Graham served as the Chief Operating Officer for AG Telecom. In 2023, Anthony and Graham purchased Southeastern Cable Contractors Inc from its founder and have grown it to what it is today. Graham Currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Southeastern Cable Contractors.

Chief Human Resources Officer, Sr. Manager of Finance
Tyler Wriston
Tyler is a seasoned human resources professional originally from Eastern North Carolina. He graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, TN in 2010 and relocated to Southport, NC in 2012 to be closer his family. In 2014, Tyler joined Southeastern Cable Contractors, Inc. as the first Director of Human Resources, where he built the HR department from the ground up. Currently, he serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Manager of Finance for the
company, overseeing critical processes and policies that drive organizational success.

Vice President of Construction
Roger Robinson
Roger has worked in the telecom business 36 years. He started out as a learning lineman in the fall of 1987 and worked his way to project manager over the next 13 years with one of the largest contractors in the world. Roger has worked 11 of those 36 years on the outside plant engineering side of the business with 25 years in the construction of outside plant in both coax and telecom fiber and copper.
Roger currently holds the position of Senior Construction Manager for Southeastern Cable for the state of South Carolina.

Senior Construction Manager for North Carolina
William Gross
William brings over 30 years of operations, personnel, and project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. He is known for empowering teams and aligning project objectives with organizational goals.

William’s core values were engraved in him as a United States Marine. He has a degree in Environmental Horticulture from Gwinnett Technical Institute. His time in the golf and landscape industries provided a great opportunity to hone his personnel and project management skills.
William transitioned to the telecom industry as a Network Manager and was awarded the prestigious AT&T Customer Service Excellence Award twice. He has also held the position of MDU Manger working closely with Google Fiber. Prior to SEC, William worked as an Area Manager for a fixed wireless company.
William lives in Holly Springs with his wife enjoying life as empty nesters. His daughter lives in Washington state with her husband (both Army veterans). His son is currently serving in the US Army. William enjoys camping, boating, playing the guitar, and singing.

Senior Construction Manager for North Carolina and Virginia
Anthony Muraca
Anthony is originally from Long Island NY. He began his career in telecommunications in 2000 with Cablevision as an installer before relocating to North Carolina to join Time Warner Cable now Spectrum. With over 24 years in the telecommunications industry Anthony has a strong background project management, team development and optimizing operations. Anthony joined Southeastern Cable in 2019 serving as the metrics and compliance manager. Shortly after Anthony transitioned over to construction management and now serves at the Senior Construction Manager for North Carolina and Virginia. In his spare time Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and is a sports enthusiast.

Director of MDU Construction
Nick Williams
Nick Williams, born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and raised in South Jersey, is a veteran of the US Navy and Army's Military Intelligence division, serving until 1993. After leaving the military, he worked in the hospitality industry for 14 years, holding various management roles and earning certifications in Culinary Arts and Global Hotel & Resort Management. In 2006, Williams transitioned to the cable industry, where he steadily rose through management roles. By 2022, he became the MDU Director for Southeastern Cable, overseeing operations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
